This service is designed for mobile app analytics and helps better understand user behavior. The information collected by Countly is treated as non-personally identifiable information, and we do not collect or store this data.

This app includes advertisements, and we manage the advertising process in partnership with trusted third-party partners. If you choose to subscribe to one of our paid services or purchase items (e.g., stock content) through the service, you must provide specific billing information (“Billing Information”). If you make a purchase through the current app, we collect billing information from the respective app marketplace. All personal data provided by you regarding purchases is provided to the respective third party, and we recommend reviewing the terms of use and privacy policies of the marketplace you purchased from.
6. Artificial Intelligence Data
We strive to provide various tools. Our services may use modern approaches such as machine learning or artificial intelligence algorithms to provide personalized solutions that meet your creative needs. To achieve the final results of how the tools work, we may analyze data necessary for providing the service through your photos and videos, but this information is neither used nor collected and stored to identify you.

ML Kit is a photo and video analysis service provided by Google Inc.
This service analyzes the images or videos you provide to offer personalized recommendation solutions. We treat the information collected by ML Kit as non-personally identifiable information, and we do not collect or store this data.

7. Information Sharing and Disclosure

7.1Law Enforcement and Courts.
We disclose information and/or data in accordance with the law. For example, responding to court orders or subpoenas, or responding to requests from law enforcement agencies. Additionally, we disclose information and/or data to third parties in situations such as:
